Misleading Promotions
Hi,
This is to draw the attention of Country Club India towards the rude behavior of your sales guys at Center Stage Mall, Noida.
Irony is you are called to collect gift voucher that you supposedly won and when you go there they eat up your mind by selling membership packages. Customers are not informed that the process would take an hour.
The sales guys over there ask you stupid questions, trying to get personal. This is a very bad practice but I was kind enough to the guy who called me and said he had issued my voucher and it would go waste in case I did not turn up. I went there and listened to the brief of the sales guy.
I got frustrated when a Manager (at Country Club India, Center Stage Mall Office, Noida) came to tell me the cost of membership. He was very rude and did not have the etiquette of dealing with customers. I was wondering whether I went there to beg of the funny packages they were selling. You guys call me and behave as if I came begging to you.
The worst part is they force you to purchase the packages the very day you visit their office. I asked, “Can I purchase later, some other day?” then that Manger (I dont remember the name) replied very rudely that this is not possible and walked away rudely as if I went to him uninvited and was begging for something. Stupid guys, Country Club people, you call people to collect free vouchers and this is the way you treat the customers???
Seconds later, I walked away without collecting the gift voucher. My Christmas night was spoiled due to Country Club gimmicks and bad sales practice.
My advice is:
1) do not ever fill survey forms in malls, shopping complexes or any other public place
2) even if you do, do not listen to their gimmicks, offers, etc
3) never attend such meetings
These guys do not know how to treat customers.

Please beware of Country Club India FRAUD holiday package membership and do not waste your money.
They are the biggest fraud and cheats.
I was pestered by their sales and marketing to become a member. They brainwashed me and my spouse for 90 minutes and forced me to make payment the same day for Studio – Red – 30 years membership. I paid them Rs. 2, 00, 000 Via check and cash.
They offered me 5 gift vouchers for holiday packages of Country club vacations. I tried to book these vacation packages via phone and email. This fraud company stopped responding for some days and later said rooms are not available.
Later I tried to book through my membership holiday packages and kept calling them and sending them emails. This fraud company stops responding till you get fed up.
All the promises the Country Club India fraud makes before you take membership are forgotten after you become a member.
I am going to file a case against this Country Club India fraud holiday package in the Consumer Court. I request brave people with similar experience to file a case against this Country Club India fraud holiday package in the Consumer Court. The process of the Consumer Court is simple and we can hope to get back our money.
I also request people who know someone in the Media to seek their help to expose the Country Club India fraud holiday package.

They are refusing to reverse my membership
They are refusing to reverse my membership inspite of complianing several times. They have not delivered a product as they had promised. Their clubs in Bangalore are not upto the mark and they are cheating customers by giving wrong information.

I had been seeing all the complaints about Country Club on the internet. But I thought, this will not happen to me, when I met the very courteous salesmen. Their sophisticated looks does not give any hint of the Organized Fraud they are running in India. After years of waiting, and anxiously seeing new and new complaints about country club in the google, I am so disappointed to be in this big club of people who are just complaining.
Sooo many complaints. Almost every member is complaining. Still NO Action ?
I fell into the Tumkur Land trap. I thought I got a good deal here, of getting a land in such a good location. Every time, I call these executives and ask about the land, they kept postponing me for the next month. It went on for more than a Year. And now as soon as I call them, they would CUT the phone. Nobody picks up the phone. Beware of these guys.. Ms. Neelganga Shetty. She talks so polite, while taking money. And makes all promises. They gave me the Land Allotment letter and assured me that the land is all mine. And using it as a bait, they were asking me to introduce more members to them. All I have now, after 2 years is just the letter. And now she would not even pick up my phone. I am feeling so Sick.
Considering so many people being cheated, somebody, please rise and help us get back my hard earned Rs. 2 Lakhs. It was my hard earned money.

Membership cheating
I was called by Country Club-Noida office to have a presentation and that they will offer a free stay in one of there resorts dt. 16-Aug-09. During presentation, one of the executive, named Pankaj has convinced me to take a membership for 30Yrs for Rs2.25L with following adjuncts: 37" Sony Bravia LCD, 3/4-days free stay along with to/fro tickets in any of CC's resorts india/abroad, 2-Generation of holidaying in any of there resort. The executive asked me to pay rs 1L now and rest 1.25L as 36 PDC's so that company can deliver LCD at my doorstep within a month, i.e. by 15-sept and said that after taking prior approvals from management for LCD, i will swipe your card. Since then we are waiting the agreement should be ownered but nothing being done to respect our deal. I get hold a DGM level person, Mr. Ravi of country club india who dt. 11-sept has given in writing that the LCD will be delivered at my home by 30-sept but till date i am trying to call them but they are not picking my call. I had never seen such irresponsible and immatured service from a service provider. Noida Centre head, Mr. Girijesh has even threaten my husband and said that in any case, i will not give any TV and that will not even return your money. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF BULL-SHITS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS; ONCE YOU PAY MONEY THEY WILL NOT BOTHER ABOUT YOU. #9990223241

Frudster, cheaters
Despite of innumerous complaints, poorest reviews & media coverage, these chaeaters are still reeling free across the country and preying more & more victims. I wonder why authorities are not taking any action to put the company owners behind the bars and stop this ongoing fraud.
My story is also not different from others, lost nearly 1.70 lacs with nothing in my hand. I suggest we form an action forum, chalk out a plan and take an aggressive, collective action, just not to get back our money but to move government to take action against the culprits, stop their sinful endaevours.

False promises.
The country club has started selling their fraud products in Pune city. They are luring the customers with false promises and gifts. They are asking for signs to run the credit card transactions without your knowledge. They will take the credit card numbers for "checking the credit limit" to see whether you are "eligible" for the offer. Then they apply pressure selling tactics to get the application filled. Once you fall in their trap, you are not even answered over phone.
Beware of this fraud company!!!

Very irresponsible marketing agents
We took a membership in December from the marketing executive called Deepa. She used to call us everyday to take membership. Now after we have upgraded the membership and we have already paid half the amount we have still not received Allotment letter. She never picks the call even if she picks she tells she will find out and call back. It is more than 2 months she has called. Today when I called her colleague picked the call and told she won't come to office 2 days since she is not well.
I tried calling her Manager even he did not pick the call. Very Very irresponsible. I am planning to go to consumer court if there is no refund made to me.
