we were told that we would be closing on our hosue on june 11th 2009 and the dday before closing my realtor called countrywide to double chack everything again to make sure all was well and they decide to tell us that they were still waiting on the apraisel from the landsafe company. the thing is the apraisel was dont 3 wks prior and was sent back to country wide... but we revised the price on our loan that we were buying the house fro and they said they had to send it back to the landsafe company to be looked over by the apraiser and they said they do not have a response from them after several emails and phones calls 2wks later. i am extremely agered and frustrate over this is. i feel as tho someone is not being truthful and honest. i will get to the bottom of this. its completely unexceptable. we have taken off work paid $530 for apraisel and $300 more for other fees and we want our house!
