This is the second time the drive device for the self propel unit has gone out. Last year it was covered under warranty because it wasn't a year old yet. The next year the same thing happenes, why is it that it goes out every year when you use it so little? I have a different brand at my work place and that one has never gone out. I think you product is a piece of junk and they want $200. to fix something that goes out every year. I feel that you should replace this part for no cost as there has to be a defect with unit. I will never buy this band again.
