I purchased a cushion replacement for my swing, and was sent the wrong item, the company refuses to refund my money or allow me to send item back for exchange, when I requested to speak to a Supervisor the customer service rep named Daniel was rude and refused to transfer my call instead placing me on hold for 10 minutes., when he returned his comment was that the Supervisor named Glenda would be willing to allow me to place another order at a discount but not give me a refund for the previous order, when I requested again to personally speak with Glenda, Daniel
refused became argumentative, and then hung up the phone. The problem unresolved when I tried to call back my call was refused, I waited an half hour and when I requested again to speak to a Supervisor my request was denied.
