non delivery of item
same story as others..I ordered UGG boots and they never came but my credit card was charged immediately. NO answer to emails, phone calls etc. I too was given a bogus "tracking" number

Same complaint as above...Ordered Xmas present on 11/24...received emai back with confirmation and will recieve soon...BACK LOGGED!
NO shipment ever came...website disabled!
Get them!
Go to better business bureau in your county and your bank and let them trace back where the monies were deposited.

Scam
Purchased a pair of Uggs for Xmas on 11-30-2008. Sent emails 5 times questioning when I could expect delivery. No reply. Web site states that they are trying to get shipments out for orders placed before 12-2-2008. They also promise a return call or email within 24 hours. SCAM OPERATION !!! STAY AWAY. Call your credit card company and file a complaint. Get a refund !!!

Scam
I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for Christmas on 11/30/2008. The order has not arrived. The seller will not contact me with any information other than the original order confirmation. I was charged for the amount of the order by FRESHPAIROFNIKES. The website has been taken down. The phone number associated with the charge is to Fresh Pair of Nikes and is tied to a mobile phone. Of course, the voice mailbox is full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Fake tracking number
I ordered a pair of UGG boots on 11/30. After e-mailing for a tracking number I was sent a fake usps number. When e-mailing several times for the right number I have never heard back from them or received my boots! These boots were supposed to be a Christmas gift

I ordered thru this website and never got an email stating my boots had been sent out. I emailed them and they sent my a usps tracking order number that is fake. They got my money and I never got my boots. RIP OFF website. DO NOT USE!!! Also they go under the name freshpairofnikes.com

unfortunately I too have been scammed buy this jerk. I ordered on Nov. 30 and at the time the site looked legitimate and I actually got an order #. 2 days later the site is gone and the only way to contact is through e-mail. I left an urgent message and the guy actually called my home with a number that he said I could call and that my order was being shipped in 24-48 hrs. Well the number is a fax # but what he didn't realize was that the caller id showed that the # was from vonage holdings which I have contacted and they have assigned me a case # to which they are investigating. I also contacted the better business bureau. I urge everyone who has used this company to do the same!!!
