Cpe Depot claims that their credits are acceptable for CPE credit in Montana. They claim "All CPE Depot self study courses meet the requirements for Interactive Self Study defined by the NASBA / AICPA standards for self study CPE programs". However, they are not an approved NASBA provider. As a result, the Montana licensing folks only granted me 1 credit of CPE for each 100 minutes of contact...half the normal amount. CPE Depot did refund my money, but they have not made requested corrections to their web site so this does not happen to others.
