I have never been so angry in my life. CPS, Inc. is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The individuals that you speak with are not only rude but low lives. Ms. Jones, needs to go to work for the wonderful world of Mickey Dee's. How dare they speak to people the way they do. I wish I knew where this company was actually located because I would like to put my foot down her throat. She needs to go to school and not only learns manners she needs to learn how to speak. Ghetto is getting a little out of hand at that facility. Ms. Jones crawl back under the rock she crawled out of and learn to speak english. I have taped every message these morons have sent and play them to anybody and everyone that wants to hear so that can see what a dysfunctional company this company is. I know that they help people get car loans and I was very grateful but they are very unprofessional when they call you to tell you a payment is due.
