Bought a chair made by this company. Badly made so asked for it to be fixed. Won't even bother to have a company rep look at chair. Use the local furniture dealer as their "eyes in the field". And this clown can't see the problem. "You have a perfect chair." is his mantra. My research shows that Craftmaster is a Chinese company based in the US. Owned by a larger Chinese company which in turn is owned by a Chinese Holding Company based in ... Cayman Islands for god's sake!!

Craftmaster builds a crap product and their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
