Customer Service, Please be advised that I am now having the same problem "I frequently have to touch the activation buton on the device to initiate a call two or sometimes three times before I can complete a call" with this replacement Blue-tooth as I had with the original one.
Am I the only person that having this problem with my blue-tooth? I have ownew three of the H700 and one H710 and now this H720. I love the Blue-tooth; I use it with my Motorola V9x Razor Cell Phone; but this is a little irritating.
Please advise as to what should be done. thank you for your timely assistance.
