I bought a house in 2008 that was built by Craftsmen builders, in 2007. A few months after I bought it, the stucco started bulging and cracking over the garage, and the wall on the right side of the garage. I made 3 attempts to contact the builder, but they never returned my calls. I finally drove to their office, and the woman there told me she would have the person in charge call. 3 days later I called again, and finally reached this person who was very rude from the start of the conversation. I told him of the problem, and he responded that it was vandalism, which it was not. He stated that the only way this could happen was if someone pulled it off. I told him I have a 12 page report with pictures from an engineering firm, that was hired by my home owners insurance company to investigate the problem. He told me he didn't care, and did not have time to deal with this "crap".
