This is a ripoff, dont buy these, they do tear up very fast and they should pay us cusomers for this rediculous product. signed I Got Ripped off. my dog is a small dog and she chewed this up like a candy bar, now she runs around with the squeekers in her mouth, so help me god if she swallows these, she will squeek when *** ***, imagine posting that on utube, take this product and shove it. I am pissed off badly about this. I have 2 of these pieces of crap and they both are a piece of crap.

FIRST OF ALL I READ THE BAD REVIEWS ON THIS SITE AND WAS AN IDIOT AND ORDERED ANYWAY!!! on 7/29/2010, I went on the telebrands website to order Crazy Critters. The offer said you can order 1 Crazy Critter for $10 plus $6.99 s+h, and get the 2nd Crazy Critter for free just pay seperate s+h. After I placed my order, a lot of pop up offers bombarded me trying to push me to order more Crazy Critters at discounted prices. At least 4 ads were shown. At the top of each page it says in bold and underlined, "DO NOT PRESS YOUR BACK BUTTON. IT MAY CAUSE AN ERROR TO YOUR ORDER!" I clicked "No Thanks" on each one. The 5th ad offered a "set of 8 Crazy Critters for $8.99 each. plus $6.99 s+h for the entire set! A HUGE 40% discount!" Not reading the offer very closely, I clicked, "Yes, Please!" Never on that page did it say I would be charged $53.94! After I clicked, "Yes, Please!" I was immediately taken to a page that said, "Thank you for your order" and shown the charge to my credit card to be $84.91!!! There was no way to go back to review your order before you confirmed it. Calling customer service was a waste of time because the person hardly spoke or understood english. Now I have to wait til it arrives and send it back and hopefully that wont be a horror story either. but know ing this company...it will.

I orderd on line. It was confusing to order and ended up with a double order. Called the next day to cancel one of ther orders. The operator cancelled one and told me a single order would come in the 4-6 weeks. Waited beyond the shipment date. When I called to find out why I still did not get my order, they said they had cancelled both orders. They told me to make another. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was rude and told me I should have figured it out when my order didnt come on the expected date. The supervisor told me I should place another order and that is all they would do and they would not be responsible for their error. I asked for the address and the president of the company's name so I could write a complaint and he would only give me the address and REFUSED to give me the name of the company president. Just a FYI for anyone looking to buy this toy, I found them at Pet Smart for $10.00. Save yourself the shipping and other fees along with dealing with the idots they call customer service and just buy one from the store.
