I order 4 caps for my son's playoff tournament for our coaches to wear. I ordered the caps a month in advance so they would arrive on time. After a week I asked if they were sent out and they said he was working on them and they were being sent in 1-2 days. After 14 days I sent an email out asking where my caps were and they said they were out of stock on that cap. He was working on them that minute and they were shipping them out. I asked why I was not told they were out of stock soonier and to ship them in a faster way since time was running out. He told me I was rude and that he would refund my money that I still have not seen. I lost money and my coaches did not get there gifts in time for the big game.This company needs to be removed from the internet and charges to be brought against them for keeping money!!!

Crazycustomcaps.com is an on-line custom cap design service whereby you cannot view the final cap design prior to purchase completion. I made a capitalization error in the font I chose in ordering my custom cap with crazycustomcaps.com. I was not able to view the error or would've changed it. When the caps were made and sent out I notified the company about my dissatisfaction and they were not willing to do anything to make me a satisfied customer even though they brag about "100% Customer Saisfaction" on their web site. I spent over $100.00 on caps for gifts that are garbage now because of my error with their poor web design for ordering. I have since found other sites that do allow viewing of the final cap design prior to ordering. Wish I had ordered with them instead.
