fraud
starting in December 2009 i noticed unauthorized charges to my account. there were 3 seperate charges that all looked to be connected i try to get ahold of the company by calling the 800 number attached to the charge on my bank account. the 800 number wanted me to enter more of my personal information to verify my membership that i dont have... i contacted my bank and they found that the charges had hit my account every month since September 2009... i filed a dispute against the charges and the bank refunded all the charges. i then noticed this month January 2010 that 2 of the 3 charges has posted to my bank account. one post under the name of CRdiagnosis 888-530-2890 CTUS @29.95, the charge that always precedes this one is MVQ*CLUBSAVE 888-239-3917 CT @1.00, there is another charge that accompanies these two for like 21.95. I shouldn't have to file a dispute every month i shouldnt have to wait for these unauthorized charges to take my money overdraft my account and then wait to be refunded... i want it to stop.

I responded to an ad for a FREE credit report, after filling out the information on the form, I was sent to another site that asked for the same information and advised me there would be a 29.99 charge. I did not fill out the form and promptly, closed out the window. A month later a 29.99 charge appeared on my bank statement, as well as a 1.00 charge from the first site www.clubsave.com. I never authorized the charges and i never got the credit report. This is nothing more than internet theft. this company and website are a SCAM.

Unauthorized charge
I noticed today that a charge of $29.95 was made to my debit account with HSBC Bank for 9/21/07 by CRDiagnosis 336765590 (apparently some bogus ID or account number). When I checked further, I saw that this has been happening every month.
I called the number on my statement (800-379-5036) and told them that I had never heard of them and never asked to be a "member." They insisted that a text message was sent to me and "someone" clicked indicating they wanted to join. I was transferred to a supervisor who offered no explanation, but assured me that the charges had been taken off.
I have not been able to verify if this is true and the money will be returned to my account. This is clearly a scam. I am concerned about how they got my information and want to make sure they are stopped, not just for my sake, but for the sake of other people they have victimized.
