Mark, the owner of this company made promises he didn't keep, held up my job, broke my dumbwaiter, which he did not fix, didn't finish the cabinets as promised, made numerous mistakes, was demanding and complained about everything. He was insulting and difficult to work with by me and my subs.
Then after months of waiting for him to build a Murphy bed, I asked for my deposit of $700 back. He refused for weeks, then gave back only $550 of the deposit. He never even started the bed.
Last week I received a filthy email from him calling us names and insulting us. He was unprofessional in all aspects and I would warn anyone from doing business with him.

Unfortunately, we paid him in full for the work he never completed.
