Kris Holtgreen of Creative Hardwood and Jerels Dillon of Lumber Liquidators inproperly installed our wood flooring. Last year we purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators 26499 Southpoint Rd Perrysburg OH 43551 (419)931-6770. The manager Jerels Dillon put us in touch with his 'expert installer' Kris Holtgreen. To our surprise both Jerels and Kris showed up on installation day. Apparently Jerels works for both companies. Shortly after installation our floor started separating and the trim began separating from the wall. We made repeated attempts to contact the installers to look at the problem. Occasionally Kris would set up an appointment to stop by but he never showed. We hired two separate contractors to look at our flooring to determine if the problem was the product or the installation. They both determined it was clearly the installation and pointed out several examples of incompetence on behalf of the installers. At this point both parties stopped taking our calls and the voicemail on Kris's phone is full. I was able to get in touch with Kris when I called him from a different number (my work phone) which he did not recognize. He agreed to a full refund and said he would call back with payment details. To date he has not called back nor will he take any more calls.
