In February 2008 I contracted Creating Memories to transport, photograph and videograph my wedding on July 5th. Mr. Richardson gave us an excellent presentation of his ability to "capture the moment" I saw special effects in the photos, nice commentary at the reception of the wedding. A month before my wedding I gave him a list of what picture were "must haves" and he agreed. On my rehearsal day he was 45 minutes late, made comments about my bridal parties weight and was hitting on my mother-in-law the entire time. After we were done rehearsing, Mr. Richardson (owner of CM) told me that my wedding party was full of "BIG People" and that he was not able to fit those people in his limo. He said that their would not be a photographer at the house to take my pictures and "If I did not like it I could get another company". I could not find a company to do all three things at such short notice so I stayed with CM. When I got my 4X6 photos back, He had none of my "Must have" photos and commented that he did the best he could. I had three people from my wedding party missing from the photographs, I have 30 pictures of my our hands, the quality of the pictures look like they were developed at Walgreens and I only have 10 pictures of my reception. As of today, Wednesday April 22 2009, Mr Richardson has not given me my two edited DVDs, 8X10 Album with engraved gold plate or My framed photograph. To top it off, we sued him in small claims court and won, so he goes down the courthouse and files for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I would never recommend Creating memories to anyone... Not even the devil myself. This has been the worst experience of doing business I have ever had to deal with.


This issue is NOT over, I will get what I paid for!!!
