REFUND
CREATIVE SEARCH TRAINING COMPANY OR WHATEVER THEY ARE...SCAMED ME OUT OR $129.99. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND SINCE DEC. 28, 2009 AND THEY KETP TELLING ME THAT THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY OR BANK THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HANDLE ALL THE REFUNDS AND THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING IT RESOLVED AND THAT REFUNDS WOULD BE PROCESSED WITH IN TWO WEEKS...I WOULD CALL EVERY TWO WEEKS AND GET THE SAME LAME EXCUSE. NOW, I CALLED TODAY 3/17/2010 AND I GOT A MESSAGE THAT SAID THAT DUE TO ISSUES BEYOND THIER CONTROL THEY WERE NO LONGER ON BUISNESS. WOW! I REALLY GOT SCREWED ON THIS ONE.

ripped off
In December I was 'Surfing' the Web, looking for a job, this 'Merchant' saw me a mile away..It offered me this program to work from home and maked tons of money for '$1.00' cost of s/h. I thought, I can afford a dollar. At this time I had been unemployed for 3 months. I used my debit card but kept getting this messaged 'error' so I tried my credit card, same thing. Well, thought 'forget it'. I backed out ot it, I was charged $129.95 on both accounts. I called them, faxed them a request 5xs to refund my money, they said, 'sure, sure' ... Well, they are now closed and still no refund. I hope they get what they deserve. They are huge liars. I hope your proud of yourselves, Carmen and Elbert.

Big Scam
Does anyone have a physical address or the website address of Creative Search Training? I am filing a complaint with my state's attorney and it would be helpful to them. I too got scammed by those rotten no-good...

Scam
Website advertising extra income selling ads for Google.com. All you had to pay was $1 for more info. When you do that, they charge your credit card $129.95. When I complained, they offered a refund which I never saw because they promptly went out of business. I am filing a complaint w/ BBB and my state's Attorney General.

Cancelled membership in Dec. and they promised my $139 refund was in the mail every week until I called on 3/2/2010 only to find they are now out of business. So now I'm bilked out of the money.

Asking for information for a at home computer job. Information was to be downloaded. After filling out information asked for, in good faith, discovered bank account had been charged 129.95. This caused my account to overdraw. I also add this was Christmas week and created real hardship. When called Creative Search Training gave me a real run around. Don't be fooled by them giving you a refund number because it means NOTHING. After being promised a return credit to my card which didn't happen, I was told a hard copy check would be sent in the mail. It has NOT.When notified at 1-888-753-4203 I was told Board of Directors asked for 2 more weeks to get their finances settled. What a SCAM, the web site is set up to take your money and that's all. I did recieve a month later in the snail mail a training cd, I suppose, I sent it back unopened and refused.This of course arrived after I started complaining. So people BEWARE of CREATIVE SEARCH TRAINING aka CREATIVE SYNERGY TRAINING aka GOOOGLE EASY STREET LEARNING! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

Scamed My Money
Well I Feel Like An Idiot!!! I Kept Seeing This Ad Of How Much A Local Mom Was Making From Home Just Part Time, So Didn't Think It Would Hurt To Try Out For Just $1.95. I Couldn't Understand Any Of It, So Called To Cancell, I Signed Up On A Saturday Nite Dec 26th, On Monday Dec 28th I Called To Cancell The Woman Was Very Nice & Said I Wouldn't Be Charged Any More Than The &1.95. I Didn't Think Of It Again Until I Got My Checking Account Statement, I Called The # Explained I Had Cancelled Even Had My Com# They Gave Me. The Smart Ass Told Me I Didn't Cancell Until Tuesday, More Or Less Tough!!! He Hung Up On Me, By That Time I Wasn't Being Too Nice. I Called Back Demanded To Talk To A ( Manager) If That Is What You Want To Call Him ... He Told Me The Same Thing, I Told Him I Was Going To Have My Bank Get My Money Back, He Laughed At Me & Said I Couldn't Do It Because They Had A Binding Contract With Me. I Am So Mad I Want Something Done To These LOW LIFES!!! How Can They Get Away With Doing This Fraud To People!!!

Computer Software Scam
Same thing happed to me...do far they charged me $170. Such a scam. When I was talking to the "customer care representative" she cut me off saying the managers are leaving early (1:00pm CST) so she had to leave since she was car pooling...call back tomorrow. OMG!
Isn't there something consumers can do to combat this unethical business practice?
saw an ad on the front page of my computer saying how this young woman was making so much money advertizing for companies and getting a certain percent of the sale. I understood it would only cost $1.95 and that is all I auth. to be taken out of my bank account. They must hide the big cost in all the small print. This is a scam and googles name is involed and I intended on turning them all over to the BBB.

Fraud
My CC info was taken and used by one of my employees to sign up for this bogus company. When I contacted them they had the WRONG PHONE NUMBER and an ancient email address of mine for verification. Nothing matched mine except the IP address (7 people have access to the same computer IP address)- they refused to refund my money the $1.95 for the bogus trail and the $129.95 I got hit with.
They do not like to speak to people, they do not return money. This was a complete surprise to me!
I have filed disputes with my bank and am now collecting all the information from sites like this to add to that dispute report. I suggest anyone else do the same, gather the links, including the "F" rating from the BBB and print all of them off for your banks.
Banks everywhere need to post FRAUD ALERTS (on their system which they can easily do) to protect consumers. Also, complain to Google, CNN, MSNBC, AOL etc, those branded logos this company is using are "MAD AS HELL" and GOOGLE is SUING over 50 compaines doing this and looking for more.
Make sure to TWITTER the details too, so millions of others can avoid being ripped off!
Also make sure to contact the BBB and report to them. The more the better.
