Fraud
This company has taken my money told me they had a buyer and never got back with me. Would try to call and the number would just ring. I have just heard about the lawsuit against them and would like to get my money back if possible. Can anyone give me a number to call (attorney general office or give me his name) tried to find on internet and it brings up this. They took my money on 6/10/2009 and I would like to get it back since they did not do what they said they would do. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Fraud, lies, scam artists
Below is the text of an email that comprises my complaints against this company:

Creative Vacation Solutions
777 South Flagler Drive, Suite 800
West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Attention: Scott Kirk

Dear Mr. Kirk:

I am hereby asking for my $1, 287.00 back on contract #CV71480 and my $1, 287.00 back on contract #CV72969.. I demand that you refund my $2, 574.00 for the above two contracts. Some of the reasons are listed below:

Regarding Contract CV71480
1. Mr. Tony Schultz of CVS, lied to me for the sole purpose of obtaining upfront money from my credit card and never had any intention of selling my timeshare.

2. Mr. Schultz of CVS took money out of my credit card account before I had even received the contract and the information I was told by Mr. Schultz is NOT the same as what is in the contract. I was told that if the current offers did not close within the 120 day time period that he said it normally takes to close the deal– I would get my money back. I was also told that if the deal closed – I would still get my money back.

3. Mr. Schultz of CVS took money from us fraudulently.

4. CVS did not live up to the statements that were made to us regarding the sale of my timeshare.

5. CVS did not provide me with any proof that there ever were any offers, especially the offer in the range of $39, 800 that Mr. Schultz said he already had and "needed my up front fee for before he could process them."

6. Mr. Schultz of CVS intentionally suggested that the price of my timeshare be at an unrealistic high price so that if I or another company sold it, CVS knew that no offers would come in within the 20% original list price thus eliminating their obligation to refund my up front fee.

7. I want copies of all alleged offers and counter offers presented on my timeshare including the offer mentioned above that Mr. Schultz said he already had and used to entice and lure me into doing business with CVS.

8. I also want the originals of any and all bills that as Mr. Schultz stated "CVS had to use my $1, 287.00 for prior to being able to process any deals for the sale of my timeshare", including but not limited to clearing the Deed, title searches and anything else that was allegedly paid for by my $1, 287.00. If, as your staff has repeatedly told me, that "it is mandated by law in Florida that this has to be done up front" then all of that paperwork belongs to me and I want it.

9. Mr. Schultz of CVS fraudulently obtained my $1, 287.00 through deceit and lies and CVS continued these fraudulent, deceitful and unlawful practices throughout the alleged sales finalization process of which I never saw any offers.

Regarding Contract CV72969
1. Christina of CVS, lied to me for the sole purpose of obtaining upfront money from my credit card and never had any intention of selling my timeshare.

2. Christina of CVS took money out of my credit card account before I had even received the contract. The information I received from Christina verbally is NOT the same as what is in the contract. I was told that my timeshare was sold at $39, 800.00. (Essentially it was sold with no offer ever being presented to me for acceptance. I informed Christina that the amount was acceptable to me and to go ahead and process the sale.) Christina of CVS also fraudulently informed me that there were two bonus weeks that the buyer was willing to rent at $3, 000.00 each for a total of $6, 000.00. All I needed to do was process a contract for $1, 287.00 to cover the listing fee. (What listing fee??? There was never any need to list the rental!!!) She continued to inform me that the buyer would be paying the fee for this contract along with the fee for the other contract at closing.

3. Christina of CVS took money from us fraudulently.

4. CVS did not live up to the statements you made regarding the rental or sale of my timeshare.

5. CVS did not provide me with any proof that there ever were any offers, especially the offer in the range of $39, 800 that Christina said it sold for and "needed my upfront fee for before she could process them." Christina also did not provide me with any proof that any weeks were ever rented by any buyer.

6. I want copies of all alleged offers and counter offers presented on my timeshare including:
a. the offer mentioned above that Mr. Schultz said he already had and used to entice and lure me into doing business with CVS
b. the offer mentioned above that Christina said she already had.
c. the rental agreement signed by the buyer for the rental of two bonus weeks at $3, 000 for a total of $6, 000.00 mentioned to me by Christina for the purpose of extorting another $1, 287.00.

7. I also want the originals of any and all bills that as Christina stated "CVS had to use my $1, 287.00 for prior to being able to process any deals for the sale of my timeshare", including but not limited to clearing the Deed, title searches and anything else that was allegedly paid for by my $1, 287.00. If, as your staff has repeatedly told me, that "it is mandated by law in Florida that this has to be done up front" then all of that paperwork belongs to me and I want it.

8. Christina of CVS fraudulently obtained my $1, 287.00 through deceit and lies and CVS continued these fraudulent, deceitful and unlawful practices throughout the alleged sales finalization process of which I never saw any offers.

Refund my $2, 574.00 now!!!

Respectfully,
Charles C

fraud, lies, cannot contact
Received a call from Robert Adams, they have 3 preapproved buyers, guaranteed sale in 120 days or money back. Well 120 days have passed, my $1, 866 is gone and so is Creative Vacation Solutions in West Palm Beach Florida. I can no longer get their web site to open, no one, Jessica, Tiffany, Scott Kirk, Robert Adams all of them have fallen from the face of the earth as they do not call me and when I call their 866-984-4610 number I get "your call is not allowed" puachi. I have contacted the fraud division of West Palm Beach and also the Dept of Agriculture with no response from them. Anybody got any ideas how to get my money back?

Fraud
I was contacted by this company to sell or rent out my timeshare. They told me that they has an offer. They even called me back with an offer from a couple and they even sent out a contrat. The person that handled my conversation and contract was Jared Kirschner. I have just tried calling to see what was happening and of course no answer. I really am upset that I trusted these people and they have taken my money and ran.
How do you get a lawsuit with all of us to get our money back?

Fraud
This company contacted me on several occasions. I agreed one time, but decided against it and canceled within 48 hours. They did refund my money, however continued to contact me on several more occasions.

When I finally agreed, based on the fact that they assured me they had a buyer for my timeshare in Kissimmee, FL, and that they needed me to put $1, 287 on my credit card. This $ was for title search and escrow fees. I put the amount on my MasterCard on 7/09. CVS also told me not to pay my maintenance fee, assuring me that they had a definite buyer and would be back in touch with me within the next few weeks.

I still haven't heard back from them in spite of my several phone calls to them, combined with a fax to them requesting they contact me and inquiring as to what happened. In addition, I am overdue on my maintenance fees and have been assessed overdue charges to my home resort.

Fraud and Lies
Here is an ad below that I places on Complaints Board and a Group I created months ago to fight back at CVS who scammed me and many many others. Fortunately, I raised enough hell with them and the Florida authorities that I got my money back. Notice the email I got yesterday from their customer service dept. relating to that ad with my response back to them right below it. I must have really hit a nerve with them . If anyone has been scammed by these "SLIMEBALLS" at CVS - do NOT hesitate to contact me and I will help you with what ever I can. Let’s do what we can to put them out of business.

Several offers my ass - it was just a BUY OFF at a cheap price by someone from CVS to try to cover up your lies and scamming. Remember - I taped several conversations with you slimeballs. No - I am not the one who is delusional - it is CVS who got caught and you who are writing these emails. That Timeshare Justice ad is months old. You are losing your edge Laura (if that is your real name).

Say hi to the Atty General's office for me. You crooks messed with the wrong person. I get emails almost weekly from more people you scammed and I am helping everyone that I can to go after you slimeballs and to get their money back. Do you really want to piss me off even more ?? Not a good idea.

Have a nice day.

Fraud
I was contacted by phone by CVS stating that they had a buyer for a timeshare we had in Las Vegas, NV. For only $999 they would prepare and process the paperwork. I gave them my Credit Card Number and expected a check within 45 days, as promised. After 45 days I called them and the deal had fallen through, even though the "buyer" had been pre-approved. They had a secondard buyer on the hook and to give them another 45 days. When I asked to speak to my origianl contact I was told that he (Ryan or something like that) was no longer with them. I waited through a few more 45 day periods and filed a complaint with the Florida AG and contacted my credit card company for a reverse charge (which I did get). Practically within hours after the AG filed charges, I got a call from another outfit that said they felt so bad that I had been swindled by CVS and they wanted to refund the $999 by putting it into ANOTHER Credit Card account that they wanted me to give them. Before I could tell him where to shove the refund (which I already got from my CC company) he said, "I have an emergency and have to go now. I'll call you back." I had visions of the law pounding on his door with a warrant but can't verify. Anyway, I got cheated out of describing this jerks ancesstry to him because he never did call me back. I think his company was called something like Creative Vacations Procedures. He seemed to have detailed knowledge of CVS. I'm guessing the same person I talked to at CVS. Anyway, the best advice I'v received through all of this crap is, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY UPFRONT. Offer to double their commission taking it out of the proceeds of the sale. See how fast you get a dialtone.

Fraud
In reading the Florida Attorney General's office website, Creative Vacation Solutions has been indicted for fraud and could no longer do business as usual. In calling CVS for a refund due to this information, I was told by Erica that they were not indicted and she would not have answered the phone if they weren't open for business. She told me I would never get a refund because they have lawyers to protect them. I spoke with her a few days earlier regarding an apparent lie from Nichole Williams promising a refund if a "current sale" didn't go through. Surprisingly, Nichole didn't return a phone call. I called for five months and she never returned a call. Erica told me my current phone call was "de ja vue" and I wasn't getting a refund. I called the Attorney General's Office and spoke with a real live person and was told there WAS AN INDICTIMENT and told me if I wanted I could put in a consumer complaint, which I did. NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CREATIVE VACATION SOLUTIONS!!!
