Scam to Timeshare Sellers
I was also scammed out of $1, 287 after Creative Vacation Solutions contacted me stating they had a buyer for my time share in March of this year. They had somehow received my information from another company where I also paid $900 (which is another complaint) to market and sell my timeshare. I was told they had located a buyer that was willing to pay $17, 500 for my a$15, 000 timeshare. After charging my credit card, I would call each week to find out the status and they continued to say it took 30 days for the process, which turned into 6 weeks, etc. To top it off, Ricardo Brittle (if that's his real name) called me on occasion to let me know the process was still being negotiated with a buyer from Canada. As of today, 5 months later, no buyer, no sale, and no one answering the phones at CREATIVE VACATIONS. Just another company that takes advantage of people in a down economy. I hope the Attorney General in Florida has access to this website, but if not, this same letter will be sent to their attention.

Lies, Lies, and More Lies
I was scammed out of $1, 800 after Creative Vacation Solutions stated they had a buyer for my time share. The buyer was willing to pay $17, 500. They lied. I am wonder what the Attorney Generals Office is doing about the scams involved in the State of Florida.

Sales reps
I am writing this for my wife who has been handling the sale of our time share in Las Vegas, NV.
I am a REALTOR and had previously advise my wife to be careful when receiving these calls. She had already fallen for several pitches from sincere sounding sales people. They start out by telling you they have an offer on your timeshare, but you need to send them $X, XXX dollars to start the "paperwork" and do the Title Search.
Bull--I'm a licensed REALTOR and when I make an offer it is up front and in writing--I do not get paid until close of escrow.
Unfortunately, I got into this before I knew the full extent of the scam. The state of Florida, where most of these companies seem to hide, does not seemt o be aggressively tracking down and prosecuting these people. They have to be sent to jail to get their attention--fines don't help when taken in context with the millions they take in. I am in the process of petitioning the Florida Attorney General concerning the several companies who have taken money from my wife's Social Security savings--more of us have to flood the state with complaints!
The govorner is next on my list.

Scam
Well I think I just got had by Nationwide Marketing Solutions . THey are just another name for Creative Vacation Solutions. Same deal- Pay up front with credit card to get ball rolling as good faith money. I am the seller. not the buyer. That should have clued me right there. This all was stimulated by a so called offer to purchase my timeshare property at the Lake of the Ozarks. They said it was a good offer of $16, 000.00. That was music to my ears as I have had no luck selling it for a year and a half. All my common sense then left my brain and I pre authorized my credit card to be charged $1772.00. Never see that again...Supposedly refunded at time of sale whith purchase money from buyer. After money was received by Nationwide I now can get no answer when calling their numbers. I contacted my credit card company within hours of transaction to stop it, but they said they could not. Once it shows up as a transaction I can appeal it. I did cancel that account so it could not be used again.

This is a scam!!
These people are something else!!! They have hard sell jargon and will not leave you alone. They promise they can definitely sell your timeshare you don't want and don't use for really good money- AT LEAST THEY WILL RENT IT FOR OVER $2, 000- all lies. They say they can sell because it is to people with terrible credit. They have people just waiting to buy your timeshare. They have their loans approved. All apparent lies. I took the bait once and had to call several times to get them to cancel the contract within the time alloted to cancel. Then they start calling to tell you and tell you that you could have your money right away if you had only signed the contract- that you are on their list and they didn't know you didn't sign.

I actually called them and told them to put me on their "do not call list". This only increased the high pressure sales. Finally, "Josh" told me "this is a done deal!!! Why won't you sign???" After weeks of what I see now as harrassment, I finally said, "okay". Then I regained my senses, called and told them I didn't want to go through with the contract. The girl who answers the phone says it is all a mistake, that it takes longer than just a few weeks to rent or sell and she will have "Josh" call me back. Now they do not answer the phone nor has "Josh" called me back. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE. DO YOURSELF A GREAT SERVICE AND JUST HANG UP.

scam
After being screwed once by the Executive Timeshares Marketing I was desperate to sell my timeshares. After being contacted the guy sounded good and it wasn't a too good to be true scenario. So I ended up borrowing the money to do a money order of 1286.00. Now I don't want to really blame the guy who got me tag, because he is the only one contacting me now telling me that the business is corrupt. He called me late at night and told me how we are all getting screwed and that they won't even pay him. If you had a problem with this company lets bring them down together they should not be getting away with stealing our money and violating our trust.

Unprofessionalism
We got a call from a nice young lady asking if they could list our timeshare for us. My husband asked to speak to someone to get more information. Robert (Director of sales) returned the call. He proceeded to tell us how our points are like stock...blah blah blah...he was very condescending. My husband told him the conversation was not going anywhere and he was going to end it. Robert told my husband "You're an a**" and hung up. that was unbelievable enough, but 10 minutes later - Robert called back. He asked where the conversation left off - my husband replied "I think when you called me an a** and hung up on me". Robert had the nerve to respond with "Good - just wanted to make sure you got the message" and hung up again. DO NOT do business with these people!!! If this the way the director of sales acts - what's the rest of the company like??

Got ripped off
I received a phone call from Scott Kirk saying that he can sell my Timeshare and that I would receive a cheek within 3 weeks for the sale of the property. But I never received a check, nor did they ever call me. I just called the and the phone number is no longer in service. So, I guess that I can kiss my $1886.00 goodbye. The best advice that I can give you is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Identity TheftC
CVS employee took my credit card information to purchase 42-inch TV through OVERSTOCK.com. I had been contacted by CVS about my time share 5/28/09 and only 4 days later was contacted by the Fraud Department at Overstock.com about a suspicious order. They have my personal and credit card info, payment of $1886 upfront and I will not be signing their contract. I hope to get the money credited. Contract received from them leaves commission wide open for them--read the print. If you sign the contract which offers non refundable, non-disputable charge of $1886...plus commission. AND, they can terminate--you cannot. ENOUGH SCAMMING...I'm not done yet!!

People say that C.V.S. scamed them but they sold my time share in less than two weeks and got me 20k for it...
I dont know what happened to every one else but i paid my 1, 886 and it was the best investment i think i ever made. Creative Vacation Solutions was a pretty honest company and i will definitly be doing buissness with them in the future.
