When they called they said that they had a buyer for a timeshare I wanted to sell. I was told that the money from the sale would be mailed to me about 45 days after I signed the contract which would make it about the middle of June.

Subsequent calls turned out to be run around delays, the buyer gets another 45 days to review the deal, the buyer gets 45 days to get financing, etc. etc.. The last alibi was that the buyer didn't get financing so we start the whole thing over again with another buyer. The contract said that if they didn't sell it in 120 days they would keep trying for free. Big deal. They lied and scammed, pure and simple.
