I did revceive service for antivirus or antispyware that was purchased.

I am writing this complaint because I had charges on my credit card account that should not be there.as for computer software for $115.00, I never ordered computer software from Russia and do not know how they got my credit card number. We got a computer virus or something and things have still not been resolved. Maybe something got mixed up somewhere along the line, but I am disputing this charge because I don't believe we made it. We have nortontech and Verizon to work on our computer and I don't think they would make a charge like this without asking us first. Please find out what it was for exactly, if you can and either drop the charge or let us know if it was for something that the virus could have caused. We should not be responsible for virus related charges either. Someone caused the virus and they should be accountable.

One is for computer software for $4.94, and the other is for foreign currency exchange for $1.50. These may not seem like much to complain about, but I never ordered computer software from Russia and do not know how they got my credit card number. We got a computer virus or something and things have still not been resolved. Maybe something got mixed up somewhere along the line, but I am disputing this charge because I don't believe we made it. We have Omnitech and Verizon to work on our computer and I don't think they would make a charge like this without asking us first.
