I have had my van for almost 2 years, and made every payment. This month I was 15 days late this month. I woke up On June 15, 2011 to my van being gone. I called the city police and they had it listed as resposseion by finance company. I called them to see where the van was because I was going to make the payment in with a few hours. I was waiting for my check to clear my bank account. They refused to give me any information on where my van was. Instead they told me where to call to pick up my personal belongings. The repo company broke into the van and took "everything" out. I was told I had to pay the company $40.00 to get my personal belongings. I asked the respresentative why was my things taken out if I was making the Payment in a few hours. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and told to call back when I was ready to make the payment. I made the payment and I asked again where is the van so I can go pick it up. I was put on hold again, and then hung up on. I called back and was told that the van was moved to a storage unit. I then asked again where???? "Here is the number you have to call them to make an arrangment to pick it up." They proceed to give me a phone number clearly out of my area code. I called the "storage" unit which was actually a auction lot. The lady told me that she just recieved my van and had not processed it yet. The entire time that credit accpetance was not answering my questions they had made arrangements to send it to "storage" after I had paid for it. and paid there fee of $250.00. I was told that I could pick up the van Monday - Thursday at the location which was 3 hours away from where I live. I called credit accpetance back to see why they would move it so far and I got no answer. I was then told I had a balance of $163.00 for storage and towing fee to the storage. I asked them why when my van was paid for before they decieded to move it. Again no answer.

THIS IS THE WORSE FINANCE COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES!!! I have learned my lesson and when I done paying this off they will not ever see me as a customer again.
