This complaint is about my former Credit counseler, Ms Buffkins . She is abrasive argumevtive
and rude. She claimed she was helping me wipe out my debt, but all she was doing was giving me
the royal run around. She never gave me a straight answer and refused to listen to reason,
I even reported her to her supervisor who did nothing. I signed with their company in May,
of last in hope they would help my current debt situation. All I got was a headache, the first woman
Ms. Delgato liked to play phone and email tag and was defensive and immature, she was the one
who appointed Ms. Buffkins to me . And that time all we did was argue, she let a bill lapse
because of the insurance on my card . Even though the card was not active, and the insurance
laspses. And so she made me call them instead . She did that a lot, or if I sent her an e-mail she
didn't like. She would block it, the other thing she claimed my debt was going down. It is still
over$2, 000. And I was sending her $113 monthly, on a fixed income. Also in their ad they claim

the creditor calls would stop, they didn't they kept calling me complaining that she wasn't paying
them enough. Or fast enough and demaded to send more, even if I couldn't afford to. Even a bill
that was almost over $800. All because she waited to pay them till the 15 th, of each month and
only sending $5 to $25 . And down to only $12, also she to demanded money she would call
almost 24 hours a day until I sent in a payment. So basically until I finally relinquished her
services that is what I dealt with . And took me firing her to send me a credit status. And I saw
no change from when I first signed with them. In May till January of this year.
