I have always questione the fees charge to my account by APPLIED BANK WILMINGTON DE, I have call and complaint with no out come. their fees are as follow 15.00 montly maintenance fee, and 39.81 interest fee. these are regular evry month. since i have complain before with no resolution to the problem. I just pay to keep my good credit standar how ever this month on the 6 I made and automated inmediate payment of 150. which is twice my minimum amount due. today I received my new statement and APPLIEND BANK WILMINGTON DELAWARE has charge me and additional 25.00 dollar late fee makin these a total of 79.81 in fees are they out of their mind.
I call APPLIED BANK REQUESTED the late fee to be wave I explained I am a very good customer, I pay on time, and always twice or triple my minimum amount due. they claim my payment is due
the 5 and it was received on the 6 therefore they are entitle to charge 25. late fee, I proceeded to
tell the rep. is not right, most banking and credit institutions give a payment grace period, and how are they going to charge 25.00 she claims they are not a bank institution and they will enforce the 25.00 late fee. all i wanted was to have the late fee wave. but this rept was so negative and totally
refuse to work with me. I advice her I am filing a formal complaint she totally disregard what I had to
say. so here is my complaint i really want this Applied Bank Wilmington, De to be investigated
in regard to they rip off fees. I want to Know if these Crooks are the Same people from Cross Country Bank, who had so many complaints they were force to close. for what I understan the new law regulates these kind of crooks. i agree the interest charge maybe is ok but these ridiculous monthly maintenance fee. and the aourageoud 25.00 to 35 lake fee for on day what kind of rip off is this one. i want the late fee off my statement and the so call maintenance fee to be cancel completely
I dont understand why the goverment allows this kind of abuse and rip off to the consumer
i want the goverment to investigate deeple these crooks at Applied Bank Wilmington, De they need to be regulated or out of business
