The company in question is E- commerce exchange they claim I never sent back the credit card machine. But I did they contuined to charge my bank account for eight months and even put the claim into collections. I have recepits and the credit report to prove it. This is taking a toll on me where I can't even get a car loan or open another credit card because of this matter. I writting you to see if you can help me with this matter.

This company is a rip off. I had to go through a long process to even cancel my services. First I had t o call then I had to fax a signed explanation on why I was canceling. I was told that I had to send back the terminal which I had no problem doing. I was not told anything about a 15 day window that if it was not returned then I would get charged 295.00 dollars until I called for the address to send the terminal back. I informed them I would be sending back the terminal to make note on my account and it should be there on Tuesday by UPS. The next day I saw a charge for 295.00 on my account from my checking account and was furious. I called customer services and supposedly speaking to the supervisor and she stated I was now the owner of thee terminal and there was nothing they could do. After going rounds with this Angel on the phone She stated she would send back the terminal to my address which was wrong on there file. She stated they sent me a letter which was obviously sent to the wrong address informing me of the charge. Now I sent back this terminal which I won't get back and out 295.00.Be aware they will take your money no matter what. Something needs to be done about this company. I am still not finished with them.
