Phone Call Harassment
I am 10 days behind on my payment and told them I would make a payment and gave them a date. I told them I would pay on that specific date because that is when my Social Security Check arrives. Every single day at 8:30 am and 5:30 pm they call me. When I tell the date and amount I will pay they laugh and tell me they will call me every day. I have delt with other credit card companys over 40 years and if I had emergencies and fell behind, they worked with me and didn't harass and humiliate me the way Wells Fargo has. I am a long time customer of Wells Fargo having taken out a second mortgage and a loan at seperate times, yet they harass me because I am 20 days late.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have applied for credit card on 11th June’2007 through a sales executive of your bank named Mr. Anup. Unfortunately I have not received my credit card. But on 17th September 2007 I had received a call from Kolkatta regarding dues against my unused & non receivable card.
You are requested to kindly take some necessary steps against this issue as your phone calls are hampered in my usual duties.

Lost payment
Sent my payment priorty and with a comformation on it, they said they never got it i had to pay double and i called the post office they comfirmed they had delivered it but they still say they didnt get it this is the second time.

apr increased to 30% unjustly
I will try to shorted this. Bank of america randomly quit sending me statements in oct. I tried to call and could never talk to a person so I sent letters, no response came. In Feb.2008 they called me and said I owed a bunch of $ cause I missed a payment in december ( which I did not). I sent them info on check which got applied to the wrong account number. So they fixed that but kept the interest rate at 30% which has kept my account behind because they want a $600.00 mo. pmt ( which I cant afford even if they weren't in the wrong). I sent them letter saying that this needed to be fixed or I would sent a complaint to the BBB and they sent me a letter saying they would investigate and get back to me. They have never gotten back to me and now I am receiving letters that they have closed out my account and are reporting to the credit agencies because Im now $800 behind in finance charges due to the incident in december that I never knew about because they weren't sending me statements!

incorrect charges

there has been incorrect charges levied thuis month as delay chareges.Whereas i did not recieve any statement last month.I would recommend due consideration and reversal of delay charges.

reg. net banking
Dear Sir / Madam,
I hold a credit card with axis bank numbered 4718630002349966. I have not received my bill for last month. So, last week i approached the nearest Axis Bank branch and Axis customer care to activate my net banking and send my latest bill to my mail id [email protected]. And also i request to update my mobile number from 9244412221 to 9790000040. But yet no steps has been taken to sort out my problem.
I think atleast now some measures will be put forward to solve my issue.

stole $250.00 from my checking account
Accepted secured credit card changed my mind before I received card. Called to cancel the number can not be connected . They took the $250.00 from my checking account overdrew my account, had to file complaint with the bank . Now I'm waiting to see what will happen with my $.This is not the first time I've been scammed. But it will be the last. I guess you can't trust anyone these days. VERY UPSET.
