I had applied for uti creditcard in the mid of sept-07, through your bank agent Mr Pankaj Patel.
I recieved verification calls,home visits, etc. for so many times. I also asked for status of my application to your a'bad office,but some lady over there answered as no details visible. I dont understand the working of your employees with such an unprofessional manner,they are least concerned with the customers need.Then why does Axis bank boast of customer care 24x7 at your service. stop ditching by saying so, when your staff is not well versed with their duties. Plz first train them ,then go on telling to people outside bla bla bla bla. I want to know status of my application. I would apprreciate your prompt action.
