Unathorize Charges

On 9/13/2010 there were 4 unauthorize charges 34.95-34.95 24-95 24.95 totatling $129.80. I called Credit Diagnois on Monday September 13 2010 at 3:30 PM, my call was not anwsered until 4:47 PM, on hold for over an hour.

I explained to as conformation number 4956 that I never applied for an account and this is an error. and I expected a full refund, I was told No we do not refund money. Ok i explain this is not my account and this activity is a fraud. They explained to me they dont care nor do we care who credit card its was we just want the money. I am paraphrasing here.
So I spoke to conformation 5152 a supervior she said she will refund 34.95 twice. What there are $129.80 charges on my card which are unauthorized I just wanted my total refund, and you want to bargin with my money!!!. Hell no, they owe me 49.90 for a service I never used, applied for plus the addreess was incorect. These guys are a fraudulent group of people. I will persue this issue to the end. My next step will be leagle.

I contacted Credit Diagnosis to order credit reports from the three major credit-reporting entities. I was unable to get assistance from them online and to phone them. They asked for sensitive information on the phone, which is illegal. They requested my SSN, for example. After being able to print out my credit reports, the next day I have three emails saying I will be charged a fee if I DON'T CANCEL. I did not authorize them to charge my card(s) for anything.
