I contacted Credit Diagnosis to order credit reports from the three major credit-reporting entities. I was unable to get assistance from them online and to phone them. They asked for sensitive information on the phone, which is illegal. They requested my SSN, for example. After being able to print out my credit reports, unarthorize them to charge my card(s) for anything.

Ordered 3 in 1 Credit Rpt - Never Received
I was looking at a number of different credit reporting sites and found Credit Diagnosis. They had an add for a credit report which combined the 3 credit reporting agencies Trans Union, Equifax and Experian. Their temporary trial membership was $1.00 to join which was to be refundable. I joined on 9/4/2009. After providing them with my credit card information I was unable to access my report. They then charged me $29.95. which I didn't know until yesterday. I never was able to access my reports. Now they want additional personal information from me in order to verify my identity. It's a scam. I never gave them the okay to charge me $29.95. I will attempt to cancel my membership through my bank in the morning. I haven't been successful in contacting Credit Diagnosis hopefully Chase can stop further charges.

Two charges for a free report.
I went to a web site and requested a free credit report on Sept 7th. I just received my Discover bill on which i discovered two charges, one for $1 and one for $29.95. I have no problem paying the $1 charge but I see no reason to be charged $29.95 for a free report. Why was I charged both charges? Dorothy Willson

unauthorized chargeing on my debit card
I paid a dollar for my credit report and now monthly they are chargeing my debit card $ 30.00. I am on diusability and the surprize charges put me over my account withdrawl. I can't seem to find the right place or person to make it stop!! Please sis to charge my account or I will go to the b.b.b. Then drang you into court for the over withdrawl's. as well as for the mental anguish and the fustration to try to locate the correct place to make it stop

A VERY disatisfied customer

unauthorized charge
I did a credit check on a debt counseling website, which stated that my account would be preauthorized for $1.00 and returned. I was billed the $1.00 which has never posted back to my account. A week later my account was charged $29.95, so I called the M***r F****rs and was told that would returned after they cancelled my membership.

There was nothing in the language of the original website that referred to a membership or anything other than the $1.00 "non-charge"

Shame on me for sharing card info with anybody in the credit/debt counseling/management/settlement industry. From what I have seen and researched, those businesses are 99% scams and frauds.

In addition to the "credit diagnosis" charge, I was also hit with a $1.00 fee from "club save" another parasitic scam outfit that seems to bottom feed off of info from these credit counseling rip-offs.

unauthorized monthly fee
I had signed up for credit diagnosis for $1.00 a month. I then started being charged anywhere from 299.95 to 34.95 a month. I never accepted this monthly charged. I only accepted the $1.00. What a rip off and they are suppose to be protecting MY credit, right.

No access to account
This company is terrible. Charged my card $34.95, I couldn't access the account and it took forever to get someone on the phone. Don't use this company!
