Unauthorized billing
"Credit Diagnosis.com" (an affiliate of Chase Cards I found out) made 3 unauthorized charges to my card after I paid $1 for a credit report. What a scam. They have an 800# that no one answers.
DO NOT ENTER THEIR WEBSITE OR SIGN UP FOR CREDIT DIAGNOSIS SERVICES!!!

unauthorized charges
I access website .I offered free credit report and I did authorize the 1.99 one time withdraw..Never went thru with signup because I did nt want to be charged 29+ a month...now have been charged for the past two months...I want my money back and want to removed from their list to charge me a fee I never authorized.

SCAM / THEFT / TERRIBLE RPT

Didn't get free credit report, didn't refund 1.00, charged credit card 30.00
Company offered free credit report. When I put my credit card # in my computer crashed big time. I did call Credit Diagnosis for my 1.00 refund they said they would credit my CC. recieved CC bill they had 29.95 charge for free report and also 1.00. This Company should be sued.

I found it this company a scam immediately after trying to summit for a free trial credit score for $1.00 which is refundable to find out that all the free trials where taken up. I then went to my checking account to find my account was charge 3 times. I'm pissed and will fight them to the end.

I never signed up for anything!
In March 2009 my credit card company contacted me wondering if numerous charges over the last couple of days were authorized. Two of the charges were from Credit Diagnosis. I informed my credit card company the charges were not authorized and my account was closed and a new account number was opened.
Now, April 21 2009, I went online to check to see if my electronic payment had posted, and there were two $29.95 charges from them on my NEW ACCOUNT, one of 4/14/09 and another on 4/19/09.
I never signed up on-line with this company. If I needed a credit check, I would go to my bank. They did not have my email address nor my phone number (which is unlisted) in my database.
So watch out; it seems they have other ways to hack your information and claim you signed up for their services.

unauthurized charges to CC
Credit Diagnosis took $29.95 out of my credit card account without being authurized to do. They also took another$1.00 at a different date.<br />
i have called them 3 times at 800-379-5036 and they indicate my money will be returned to my credit card account but as of now they have not done this.<br />
I can not believe the laws in THE UNITED STATES allow any company to stay in business doing people this way.

Unauthorized charges
I paid the dollar requested, when I got into the site, I couldn't get the diagnosis, a just dropped it. I got no ID # which is what they are asking for when I call them. Now I have my credit card statement, they have added a $29.95 charge for the month, and I have nothing for it. I don't want my credit checked once a month. I want my money returned.

charges monthly on my bank staement
They are charging me monthly for services that I do not use.
They are charging me in excess of $60.00 a month.
I have tried to cancel without success so far.
