Unable to cancel after trial period
I've tried to cancel my trial before trial period ends. I still get charged 29.95 plus 11.50?? for 3 months now since Sept2008. I have tried several attempts to get a hold of Creditdiagnosis.com thru their email and their 800 number 800-379-5036. Their email stated to go to a site to cancel. I went there and login to my acct ID. I want to cancel and wrote them an email requesting to cancel and get refund for the charges they had withdrew from my checking account. But they still charging my checking acct every month.

Unauthorizes charges
I signed for a free credit report( 1 dollar fee) and was charged 5 one dollar fees, a$19.95 and a $29.95 enrollment fee without my authorization.Beware of this scam.Stay away from this!!I am disputing the charges and filing a formal complaint.

Scam
I got charged $29.95 for a something I signed up to see my credit report for a $1 for a 7-day trial period. I canceled that trial period in two days. Yet still got charged that 29.95! TWICE! Once from them and once from another company that I never even went to called PrivacyMatters.com. They are both scams. I doubt I will ever trust another online credit report service again.

Unauthorized debit card charges
Went to their site because they sent an email to me SUPPOSEDLY offering all 3 credit reports for a $1 refundable fee AND without my disclosing my SS#. They imediately had asked me for my SS#, credit card info (which I believe in itself is illegal) and I was charged 29.95 without my knowledge.
Privacy Matters Identity (www.privacymattersidentiy.com) is also a scam site which in turn also charged my debit card without my prior authorization or knowledge.
Is there a number and/or website I can report these sites so I can try and get my money back?

scam
I too have been wronged by credit diagnosis. I cancelled immediately after realizing I made a mistake and got the confirmation number. A month later the charges started showing up on my credit card, I tried to email them to tell them they charged my account when I received nothing. Cannot get ahold of them through the telephone and did not answer my emails. The next month they did it again and I had to contact the credit card company. I believe this company practices poor business tactics.

Unauthorized Charge
I went online to check my bank balance and found a debit from 5968 CreditDiagnosis. Didn't even know what it was until I looked it up on the Internet. Did NOT sign up for a Free Trial or anything. Never even heard of them before. How did they get my debit card number?

MISLEADING
THEY SAY FREE, THEN THEY WANT A CREDIT CARD NUMBER, YOU CAN ONLY CANCEL BY CALLING THEM AT CERTAIN NUMBERS, AND ONCE THEYB RECIRVE YOUR AGRREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS, GOOD LUCK ACCESSING THEIR WEBSITES AND ACTUALLY VIEWING YOUR CREDIT REPORTS/SCORES IF ITS FREE ITS FREE AND THEE SHOULD NOT BE SO MUCH COMPLICATION GETTING TO THEIR WEB PAGES, UP UNTIL YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND ELECTRONICALLY AGREE TO THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ITS A BREEZE, QUICK AND SMOOTH, IMAGINE THAT.

Ripped off like everyone else complete rip off. free trail basis yea ok. so where did the 29.99 * 2 and the 1.00 fees come from? BS avoid at all costs!!!
