charges made to credit card with out my knowledge
I had several charges made on my account made for $1.00 to $29.95 with it totaling $159.90. I was able to cancel most through my credit card company. Every attempt to contact credit diagnosis they refused to refund any of it. I then took action against them and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Also through the military since my husband is active duty. Then when I called they decided to refund me what my credit card company did not. Funny how their story changed.

No services provided - it's a scam
I applied for what was supposedly free credit reports, only a one time fee of $1 for processing fee and $1 for a refundable processing fee. Filled out info on line and got nothing in return. Now they are trying to charge my credit card with a monthly fee of $29.95 to have their service. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE.

CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION I emailed them twice for them to send my money back to my account. Never heard a word.
RIPPED ME OFF CHARGE MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Unauthorized charges to my account
I authorized one (1) $1.00 charge to credit diagnosis on 6-15-08. I just looked at my credit card statement online and it shows multiple other $1.00 charges. Beware all!

fraudulent charges
on 6/14 i checked my prepaid credit card balance and noticed a charge i did not authorize...i called the card company (after trying to contact credit diagnosis and getting no response) and they removed the charge...today i checked my balance and a new charge is there...it's a sunday so they have no phone reps working but they sure do have someone around charging my card...i can't wait to talk to them about this again tomorrow

I signed up for a "free" credit report for 1$ and credit report took $29.95 out of my account every month!!! It does not say this when you fill out the forms. DO NOT sign up!

Scam
THEY ASKED FOR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND SOCIAL SECURITY # WHICH IS ILLEGAL. I FINALLY GAVE THEM THE LAST 4 DIGITS AND THEN THEY GAVE ME "TRANSUNION"'S PHONE NUMBER AND INSISTED THAT THAT IS WHERE I CALLED AND THAT THEY NEEDED MY SS# TO GIVE ME THE CREDIT REPORTS. I CALLED THAT # AGAIN AND THEY ANSWERED CRIDIT DIAGNOSIS. I GOT PLENTY OF RUNAROUNDS AND OTHER SPECIAL OFFERS BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS THEY ARE A SCAM AND THEY ARE PFISHING FOR INFO ON PEOPLE. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY!!!

CHARGING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT UNAUTHRIZED CHARGES
I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REQUEST MY LOGIN ID AND NEVER RECIEVED IT AND THEY HAVE NOW CHARGED MY CHECK CARD 39.95 THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZED . I WENT TO GET FREE CREDIT REPORTS COULD NOT OBTAIN THEM ONLINE AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I CANT EVEN ACCESS
