Scam charges!

I have canceled numerous times with Credit Diagnosis after emailing and calling them because of the $1.00 (refundable charge... yeah right) and then they charged $29.95 immediately after that... I didn't approve the $29.95 charge nor the $1.00 charge. They still continue to charge my account for services I don't use.

If you call them, they will ask for your home phone number, credit card and SSN right off the bat!

Unauthorized charges to credit card!

I contacted Credit Diagnosis to order credit reports from the three major credit-reporting entities. I was unable to get assistance from them online and to phone them. They asked for sensitive information on the phone, which is illegal. They requested my SSN, for example. After being able to print out my credit reports, the next day I have three emails saying I will be charged a fee if I DON'T CANCEL. I did not authorize them to charge my card(s) for anything.
