false information

credit experian, told me i can have a free credit check, got my bank statement this morning, and they are taking £19.95 per month, through my debit card which i did nit authorize, went to the bank and they said they cannot stop it.How do i go about stopping it and getting my money back.

direct debit to my account

hi i just saw the site and the website was showing free credit score check without any charge for 30 days then after we will take charge but it charged to me from my account by direct debit thats the cheating with the costumer this is fraud site i need refund my money otherwise i will take strickley step against this company. it charged to me £19.95 pls refund me .
