This is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with. They have never once sent me a bill. I looked into it and found that they were sending bill to an incorrect address. I have now spoken to customer service 3 different times, trying to correct their mistake. I have been receiving harassing phone calls wanting me to make payments over the phone. I don't want to provide my personal information and bank account information over the phone, especially without ever receiving a bill. They directed me to the website, but you need the credit card number to set up the account. The problem is that I have never received a credit card from them either. They will not give me my account information over the phone because they claim it is against the law, and they can not confirm my identity. Possibly so, but maybe now they can understand why I do not want to give my personal information over the phone. After months of trying to get them to correct my address, they have finally started sending me correspondence through the mail in the form of harassing letters. I still have never received a bill, but at least now I have my account number so I can send payments. Unfortunately they have attached on late payment fees, not to mention all of the interest. I'm going to attempt to have them remove the fees, but more than anything I just want to pay off my balance and cancel all business with them.
