Credit Health responded to my problem and spoke alot of nothing. Michael Bouchier should be investigated by Carte Blanche Consumer and jailed for 'corporate entitilement mentality'. I would like Credit Health to explain to me why they did not attach their terms & conditions to the quotes they sent to me initially, further to this, why they have not e-mailed it to me? Credit Health new what they were dealing with and advised me to exit debt review. They also spoke to Will Lane from Debt Busters advising that I should exit as this process takes 3-4 weeks. In other words they have taken on a job by failing to understand the complexities or they just don't care and are just running a business based on profits and with a 'I dont care attitude of how we make money'! Michael says they saved me R15000 well they made more than R15000 on me by settling the accounts for less than what they communicated. He also says I never read the terms & conditions, Michael you never sent it to me, send me an e-mail confirming that you've sent it 'BEFORE YOU STARTED THE NEGOTIATION'? In summary I gained nothing, you took 7 months to resolve my accounts and profited with more that R15 000! U an opportunist.
