Please stay away from this company because it's a scam. First of all, they will have you to pay a fee of 250.00 for yourself and spouse. And then they gurantee to fix credit, which they don't do because I was a member of this program for over 8months and no changes was made to my credit. Question how do I know, I do check my credit report to view changes. When I first enrolled everything appeared to be clear to ere I could understand the work they were going to do. Then I was told I should received letters in the mail when things would be erased off my credit report. I waited and waited and then I started calling and then one of the managers told me not to worry he would just wave all charges. Therefore, I continued to call each month and I never received any documents. Therefore, it was already passed the 60 day period in order to file with my bank, "Of course the company knows this, this is the reason why they don't answer calls or they continue to tell you to continue to wait for documents in the mail". Therefore, recently I decided to contact the company to chack to see what the problem was because they told me in 6months my credit would be fix. Well I received an phone call back from a very rude customer service representative that stated that she has been working for the company for 20years "the company hasn't been in business this long" and she was just very rude and I wanted to talk to me as if I didn't know how to read my mail. Then I called back after trying to fax documents to the company they stated that the attorneys needed, and I expalined to sales manager that the customer service was terrible and I was going to report the company to the better business/attorney general office. Therefore, I received an phone call from Kevin who was very rude and asked me what do I want him to do, which was very terrible customer service. And then he told me that I needed to contact the credit company because I should have received documents in regards to changes, so I explained to him I have viewed my credit report and no changes have been made. And he went on and stating that they have been sending out mail and what they have been doing, in reality they haven't been doing anything. I believe the only thing this company does is try to dispute charges and then I don't believe that they use any Fair Credit laws by sending in letters as they are stating. And if you ask to speak with an attorney they always say they are very good at what they do. Question who is playing the role of a attorney Kevin, someone that only has a degree in Business. How can someone get away with fraud, by cheating thousands of people out of their money and don't care. Therefore, from research the company has already had one business that went out of business because this same problem. It's the same company, same owners and no changes, the same scam. If you know anyone that is currently enrolled with this company please tell them to report it, right away and dispute the charges before it's too late because they can't fix credit. And tell them please don't listen to when they say they never have had a case like this before because they have had many cases like this and they enjoys stealing money from people because if they didn't they would refund any money back for services that they aren't providing. And I don't believe they even have documentation of the letter they are sending out, you should be able to research this information from the credit companies. Please don't sign up with this company research first and learn how to dispute with the laws yourself.
