I was to receive a free credit report from the three reporting agencies But I had to give them a credit card number, I gave them my premier visa card number, which would not be used if I canceled on time. I have less than perfect credit. So, I agreed to prove that I have a checking account and so entered my banking info. A day or so later, I noticed a charge for 499.95. I DID NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS. I also wonder if this is in afact an unsecured acct (as advertised) or a simple secured scct.

Either way, they have kept me on hold for 15 minutes now and before involving my bank )b/c these reversals add up negatively against your favor) I am trying to deal woith them directly and get the charge reversed. I'mbecoming doubtful this will work out in a positive manner.

I NOW (AFTER HAVING RESEARCHED IT) see that it is listed as a scam. But, it's too late for that. Granted I've learned a lesson, but 99.95 is too expensive for my blood for a simple lessen.

I filed a complaint against Your Company due to your un authorized charges billed to me while I was on back to back deployments. I spoke to the supervisor in customer service she explained that this department would most likely return the full amount, due to the circumstances. I’m asking you again please return the full amount. Your records show I didn’t use your service I didn’t know I was being billed till I got out of the hospital from being injured in Iraq. please settle this it has been weeks i went on line for a loan this money was taken without me knowning i have wrot to you before ther was a report sent on oct 31 noone has answer me yet the checks are 14103 for 31.65 and check 81033 conformation code c6ci1

I was charged 14.95 on my checking account without my authorization. I want to cancel whatever i am being charged for. I also would appreciate it if i could have my 14.95 i was charged back.
