I was charged for a service that I never received. Also I was not notified and given sufficient time to cancel the credit report service in a timely fashion. I was told by zz solutions that i would receive a timely refund of my $29.95 and was given a cancelltion # of 1162735. To date (9/18-1132am) I have not heard a word from credit report refund.com regarding this matter. WHERE IS THE BEEF?????? I am taking other actions and am reporting this to my bank.

I would like to warn people about that kind of site. In April I pull my credit report and to do so, you have to sign up for their monthly monitoring. The site says you can cancel within 7 days with no charge which I did. When I canceled I was given a "cancellation number". One month later, I am still getting charged, called them and was told the membership was never canceled, they had no trace of the cancellation number. I was told that the membership was canceled and was given another cancellation number. However, they refused to reimburse me the monitoring fee already charged to my account!

MNI debited my account for $12.95 . I did purchase a credit report from Free Credit Report.com, but I never agreed to their monthly service. This a huge scam and I wouldn't be surprised to see a class action lawsuit in the not so distant future against them. MNI’s phone number is 866-408-4016 in case someone needs to contact them for the same reason.

I called and cancelled my the service that I was recieving from the 3-1 credit reporting system that is accessed from Creditreport.com. The customer service person whom I spoke to gave me a very hard time cancelling my service by telling me what would be losing. I did not use this service so there was no reason for me to continue to have $11.95 taken out of my account each month. She told me I would still have services until May 19, 2008. Since I had already paid for the month I decided to look at my account once more time. I never at anytime agreed to pay an additional $29.95 that was charged to my account because I went on their site. At no time did it ask me if I was sure that I wanted to do this transaction. I did not know that I would be charged for it. When I called them to see why I was charged the people whom I spoke to were very rude. They told me it was my fault and would not refund my money. When I ask them to please state on my account that in the future there was to be no money taken from my account they began to talk over me. I requested this to be notated three times and each time they would talk over me. I would cauti0n anyone from using this service.

I have been charged one dollar by this company to get a free one time credit report, first of all I have never seen a credit report because in order to log in the want your life history, which I did not give them, then I noticed a 29.95 charge on my credit card for the last 2 months that I did not authorize. I have never used the site or plan to I am disputing these charges, and chalk it up for a scam and rip off site.
