Trans Union advertises "Unlimited Access" to credit report for a monthly fee.
I was denied access PERMANENTLY for "excessive use". I would check daily along with Bank--Stock- Credit Card data. No notice of any kind just an arbitrary closing of my account --and ALL acess to credit information -except for the required by law once a year report.
They REFUSE to supply any justification or attempts to review.
UNLIMITED ACCESS IS JUST THAT

This is shameful that companies has to trick you and then charge you. I agree to pay for two credit report, one for my husband and one for myself. This is all the service that I wanted or had requested for. I see that my account has been charged, which I don't actually understand and the number that is listed, the office is closed. I don't see how someone agree to this one there was nothing explained or mention to me about monthly services. Then to come to find out that I am not the only that this has happen to makes it that much worse. How can a company seriously get away from this.

Took 14.95 out of bank account 2 times without receiving anything in return. Beware people!

I have tried to cancel my membership with CIC TRIPLE ADVANTAGE they have been unresponsive to my emails and phone calls.
