I am Gurbakhsh .L .Gagneja resident of Wembley and an elderly pensioner of 77 years old.On yesterday (14/05/2011) I discovered that
my Barclays Bank account has been debted for £23.95, the payment was made on 10/05/2011 to Card Purchase- Quick creditscore C-Ref 128 1864160900 BCC.On enquiry from my bank I was told that a company named QuickCreditScore based in Edgware- London has been debiting my account every month, since the start of last year, for £19.95 and recently for £23.95, which I never knew or was told by the company in writing or through e-mail.
I had not bscome member or got registered with this company.I do not know about the company and never needed a credit reference/report. I do not have a credit card even.There has never been any direct debit or standing order set up in my account for this amount in the name of this company. In such a case how can they have and are taking money out of my account without me knowing about it .
I am furious to what I have discovered and have already suffered a big loss of around £300 so far and this action of the company seems illegal and reflects cheating
. I am requesting the Complaints Board to investigate the matter and get me the refund of the total amount.
I have sent an e-mail today to the company to explain.

I never signed up with them and yet they keep billing my credit card and there is
NO way to cancel them.

They promise a free credit report -- ask for your credit card number to make a $1.00 charge which they say will be refunded later. Then they ask for your SSN and other private info. This is nothing but a scam to get your personal information and numbers.

If you ever do get to the free credit report you will then find yourself charged with a monthly membership fee.

Don't bite on their "free credit report" scam.

I have been receiving charges deducted from my checking account for these two different services of $14.95 each on the same day. I called the 800 numbers and all they will do is deduct two months worth., It is a site that get your credit records from the 3 credit report companies . I have a block and no one can retrieve them not even myself without going through mail and sending my pse bills etc. When I spoke to the supervisor they will only refund two months for both sites. They said I used my credit card information. I have never authorized or agreed t o any such option. I spoke with Veronica giving a number of 9564 and Sahra authoriztion of #152520
