Charges for Free Credit score
I was charged varying fees monthly for what was supposed to be a "free" credit check. It was difficult to find a number to call to ensure that charges would stop. Recurring charges were never mentioned when I signed up for the credit check.

removing money from my account
I didn't give them promission to remove 29.95 dollars from my account . I only give them promission to take 6.00 dollars for a 30 day trial, I didn't even get my scores when I tried, I got some other deal where they were saling something else!

Scam
I purchased a credit report/score and never received it and was charged 3 $1.00 payments. I called to cancel the membership on 9-25-10 before the trial date of 9-29-10 was up. For some reason they had 2 memberships for me and I only applied once. I saw that $29.95 was taken from my checking account and they refused to acknowledge that I canceled both memberships and will not refund me my $29.95. I was never sent a confirmation of my cancelation by email until today when I called to complain. Their automated system stated that they were both canceled on 9-25-10 but, they won't acknowledge it now. Do not use this company to retrieve your credit report/score or you will be ripped off and out of $30.00+ bucks. That website is a total scam.

Credit card charge unauthorized!
Multiple fraudulent charges to my debit card by this and other MVQ companies - report them to local BBB and do not do business with this dishonest company!
