I cancelled my account with Credit Solutions because I was unable to save any money and they assured me no more money would be removed from my account. Seven day later, $284.50 was withdrawn from my checking account. I called and was told the manager wasn't there that day and that they would call me back. I called back and asked what was going on with the situation and was told that they had to send my account to a refund reveiw dept. and that it would be 72 hours before they would call me back and let me know if the money would be reimbursed into my checking account. I am very upset that it is taking so long. It has been a week since the money was illegally withdrawn from my account. I have filed an internet criminal complaint in Texas and I also let CS know I filed it today! I called to speak to a rep. at CS today and he said he remembered me from a previous recent call. I asked how the review was going and was told I would have to wait another day before they would call me to let me know whether or not they would give me my money back! I asked him how he would feel if he had to wait a week to find out if he would get money put back into his account by someone who took it out illegally. He hung up on me! I am so upset that money can be removed from an account and then the company can turn around and take forever to reimburse you or decide if they will give it back to you or not! If I don't receive the money back into my account in a month, I will be sending an affidavit from my bank for reimbursement!
