This company is certainly a joke. Initially I was contacted several times by an individual who called himself "DAN". He was "assigned" as my reseller manager. His position was to help guide me through becoming a "NEW" reseller.

He convinced me to order a new laptop as my current laptop was not powerful enough to handle the software from the company.

This software was supposedly a way to stay organized as a new business owner and process my requests directly for services being offered by his company through my company.

He was to be my back office as I was the sales person for the products. The company forwarded me a "legitimate" looking contract with non circumvent clauses in it so I couldn’t eliminate them and negotiate directly with the parent company for prices for services.

There were professional emails sent when ever I had questions. I submitted 2 files and paid expediting fees and this is when the fraudulent practices began. Once the money was wired to their account, all of a sudden communication came to a screeching halt.

Needless to say, they never delivered the services that were paid for and their "money back guarantee" paperwork wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Now the website has been deleted as if it never existed.

My lesson to you, please be careful with internet based businesses that you don’t have direct access to, there was a phone number to call the office, but the answering machine always picked up.
