I had agreed to accept an online loan to be deposited into my checking account. there was a fee of $130.00 to be taken out of my account on the 10th of the month, in which I was to call on the 9th to get a postponment until the 12th, my paydate. when I called on the 9th I was informed that the company had attempted to take the money on the 8th. my phone calls were recorded so I contacted coustomer service to resolve the issue. I was informed that the only thing I could do was request a refund paper and that there was no responsibility on their part for my bank fees. now im stuck with no loan, no help with the coustomer service and further in debt than when I applied.in conclusion I think that when a business says they will charge on a given date, they should be obligated to stick with that date given.
