This is absolutely the worst company I have ever come in contact with. Every aspect of the business, from the misleading "free" sign-up trial to the uneducated, rude "phone only" customer support, to the incomplete credit reports generated and attempted cancellations (which fail) are all flawed in ways which will financially destroy customers while maliciously and unjustly enriching their company.

If one really took a second to reflect on the customers visiting the site in search of a free credit report, it would be easy to detect that the layout, advertisements, hyperlinks, pictures, sale pitches and disclaimers seem to be custom tailored to deceive the customer.

I do not want anyone to feel like they have been taken advantage of, or as if their rights had been violated. We live in the United States, and we have duties, but we also have rights. This company will continue losing dollar votes until Smith's invisible hand wipes it out, in its entirety.

However, until then, I recommend EVERYONE to stay away from this website.

I do not wish the pain I am feeling (impotence, insecurity, anxiety) from this horrible experience to ANYBODY!

I wish to cancel my free trial service before being charged. I do not need this service any longer. There is no service personnel available to confirm this transaction. If my card is chargde ( 2 separate trasactions) I fully expect reimbursement. I will follow up via phone, although none is listed on your website.

charging 14.95 monthly without authorization. called and the refuse to refund. called bank to stop payments, and cancel credit card they were charging.

This company is charging glass artists for credit reports we never ordered. Their charges have just been showing up on our credit card accounts. These are unauthorized charges.

I used them one time to check my credit charged me 14.00 now they have been taking that amount each month, I did not autherize this have no way of stoping payments.I just emailed my bank to please stop payments, this has been going on since april so 4 months they have been stealing from me.
