Credit report.com keeps charging me for a credit report
Credit report.com keeps charging me for a credit report. I had closed this account, and don't want them using our credit card again. I want them to close this account again.

unauthorized monthly charges
That used to be the scam, they used before until people started catching up with them, now they used the free credit tracking trial for 30 days and if you don't cancel they will bill your account every month $14.95... Now, that is their new scam... if you are a victim, no way to find a phone number or customer service to call...all they have in their website is a PO box number. I was a victim until just minutes ago, called my bank and they gave me the number to call and cancel the account...If needed their number is 866-883-3309. Someone has to put a stop on them.

Charged me Fraudulently, I've never dealt with them!
BEWARE OF CREDITreport.com !!!
I had never heard of or dealt with this company. Suddenly they charged 14.95 to my bank account (FRAUDULENTLY). How the hell do they get someone's bank account or credit card info to do this??? Ironically, when I looked at their site, they claim to be in the business of helping prevent identity theft... that's rich, huh?! They want all my person info by phone in order to "correct" or "investigate" but since they fraudulently charged me, I refuse to give them any info. Instead I'm having my own bank remove the fake charge and will be complaing to the LAPD and to FTC.gov.

Unauthorized Charges
Very angry about this. I checked my debit card balance a couple days ago to find a $14.95 charge from CREDITREPORT.COM. I NEVER signed up on this website, I did sign up on FREECREDITREPORT.COM a month ago or so, but cancelled after the free trial was up, and haven't had a charge from them at all. I e-mail the CREDITREPORT.COM and told them what was going on only to tell me to call the Support Line during business hours. This is absolutely ridiculous! Is there a way to get refunded? I will call the number with a piece of my mind, but what should I expect? Thank you for any help!

Fraudulent Charges
I have got a mail saying that I can get a free annual credit report from creditreport.com in September 2009. I filled in my details and took the free credit report and never logged into their website after that. From the next month onwards, I was being charged $14.95. I have disputed this transaction many times with my banker and they have credited back my account with the $14.95.
As usual, my credit card account was charged again with the same amount. I disputed the transaction, this time, my banker said its not going to refund the amount. I called customer service and inquired about it. They said they cannot refund the amount and if needed they can give me 30 days free credit report. I said I dont want the credit report. I want my money back. They said that cannot give me the money back.
Please advice me what should I do in this kind of fraudulent situation.
