Having request my credit report a short while ago, I noticed ongoing charges against my credit report, as many have been duped the same way, with a hidden agreement to an ongoing option to 30 days trial to credit monitoring. Although I am POSITIVE I checked this box, and reinforced this WITH THE COMPANY, their customer service representative (Tanya) claim I did authorize this and asks for some Order No., which is nowhere to be found, even in e-mail acknowledgment, I found a report number but no ORDER Number, who on earth are they kidding with this crap!! Who doesn't know this tactic, IF you have done this before, you would know to OPT OUT of this credit monitoring and NOT CHOSE THIS OPTION as I had done, you know for yourself where I am coming from.

But to my amazement, this company CREDITREPORTS.COM who fronts itself as an authorized credit reporting agency has no licensing nor legal literature in it's content on it's website, and has the audacity to go ahead and charge UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS to a persons credit cared and KNOWINGLY COMMIT FRAUD, continuing this practice today as we speak.


But it seems it is not so easy to get this stopped. For my many attempts, as well as numerous e-mails and Phone requests and bank requests cannot be achieved at reversing this, as well as I even heard, this company continues it's practice and continues charging mine and many other's these amounts for something that was forced upon us unknowingly and quite underhandedly.

Although I have had, from previous experience, been through this before, this time around, the seem more determined to hold on billing the public as well as myself $9.95/mo for these bunk charges. I will stepping up to Consumer Affairs, BBB, and regional investigative bodies to look into this, but for the most part, this company thrives and continues it's scam practices on the public.
