Ms. Angie was the representative that sold us the dishnetwork package. First of all she lied about the package . We were long time customers with Direct TV but she lied to us stating that we could get a better deal with DISH, she told us that we would be able to get all of our local channels, (We are not getting but 3 of them.) and all of the movie channels. Next she told us that we would be covered with a maintenance plan so that any repairs wouldnt cost us anything, We just found out tonight that this isnt true either and that it will cost us $29.50 ( because we have Home protection ) anytime that a technician has to come to our house after 90 days. She told us that the package would cost us $87.99 monthly for the 1st year and then increase to $102.99 after that (for as long as we have the system and would never go up.) She stated it would be written on our contract, but it wasnt. I am posting this in hopes that she will not be able to lie to any one else. We are already obligated to DISH for 2 yrs. Had we known that we were being lied to we would have stayed with DIRECTV, who we had been with for 10yrs.
