Been in bz 15 yrs, never met such a slick salesperson as the one who hooked my husband up with CRESCENT CREDIT CARD PROCESSING !! Foul business practices. No contract. All they wanted was the routing number to our bank & a statement from my tried & true current processing company. Needless to say ALL BAD!! Many many hidden fees, no mention of an early termination fee at all, Imagine my surprise when I found out about the 500.00 to discontinue their service. No people on the phone to help beyond the first call, no contract, salesmans line was oh well I am quitting anyway. So much subterfuge here!! We blocked them from any bank activity in our account, or, so we thought when they actally used another merchant number, different from the one they assigned to me to sneak money out, not in!! This cannot be legal. My calls this morning were to the Federal Trade Commission 1-877-382-4357. this lady advised me to call the States Attorney General for my state as well as the better business bureau. This has been & continues to be a nightmare. BEWARE!!
